Replacements, Ltd. Empowers Children through Take Your Child to Work Day 2011
GREENSBORO, N.C., April 25, 2011 – Replacements, Ltd. is planning a fun-filled day geared toward empowering children as part of
Take Your Child to Work Day 2011. The world’s largest supplier of old and new china, crystal, silver and collectibles is inviting its employees to bring their children to work as part of national events set for Thursday, April 28, 2011.
Organizers are developing fun yet educational activities to help children connect with their own dreams, talents and aspirations. Children will also get to learn more about Replacements and their parents’ roles within the company.
“As a family-friendly company, we want to take advantage of this opportunity to celebrate our employees and their children,” says Jeanine Falcon, Replacements’ vice president of human resources. “We want to create a memorable learning experience that encourages our children to dream about their futures and see a world where diversity takes on many meanings.”
This marks the tenth year Replacements has participated in the national event. Media interested in covering this year’s events should contact Product Marketing and Business Development Manager Keith Winkler at 336.697.3000 ext. 2525 or
